Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These terms are maintained by She Gets Digital and apply when you use She Gets SEO (the "tool"). By running a review, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the tool.
What the tool does
She Gets SEO fetches the public content of the website addresses you submit and produces an on-screen report and downloadable PDF covering page titles and descriptions, mobile-friendliness, content and page structure, local visibility signals, and recommended next steps.
Using the tool responsibly
- Only submit websites you own or are authorised to review.
- Don't attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass the fair-use limits, captcha, or any other protection in the tool.
- Don't use the tool for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Provide an email address you control when asked.
Fair-use limits
Reviews are subject to limits per email address and per network so the tool stays available to everyone. We may adjust these limits, or suspend access, if we detect abuse or automated use.
Your content and results
You keep all rights to your website and any information you submit. The reports the tool generates are yours to use in your business. She Gets Digital retains ownership of the tool itself, its branding, wording, scoring logic, and design.
No guarantee of results
The report offers automated guidance based on what the tool can see on your public pages at the time of the review. It is educational and is not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Search engines change their systems frequently and results depend on many factors outside our control. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Availability
We aim to keep the tool running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, and reviews may occasionally fail if a website blocks automated requests or is temporarily unreachable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Gets Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the tool, including lost profits or lost rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the tool evolves. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
