Privacy Policy

• Website addresses you submit. The URLs you enter are sent to our analysis service so we can fetch the public content of those pages and score them.
• Your email address. After your first free review, we ask for an email address to unlock further reviews. It is stored with the review request.
• Technical request data. When a review is requested we record the request time and the network (IP) address it came from, so we can apply fair-use limits and prevent abuse.
• Information stored in your browser. Your report progress, checklist selections, review count, and email are saved in your browser's local storage so the dashboard remembers where you left off. This stays on your device until you clear it.

• To generate your on-screen report and downloadable PDF.
• To enforce fair-use limits on how many reviews can be run per email and per network.
• To detect and prevent automated abuse of the tool.
• To contact you about your report or related She Gets Digital services, where you have asked us to.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small number of providers to run this tool. They only receive what is needed to perform their function:

• Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, and backend functions where review requests are stored.
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam and abuse protection on the email step. Google processes information about your interaction under its own privacy policy and terms.
• Web page fetching service — retrieves the public content of the URLs you submit so they can be analysed.

The tool itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies or read device signals for security purposes. Local storage is used for the dashboard features described above and can be cleared from your browser at any time.

Review request records (email, IP, submitted URL, timestamp) are kept only as long as needed to operate fair-use limits and support you. Data saved in your browser's local storage is under your control and is removed when you clear your browser data.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws. To make a request, email us using the contact below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This tool is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.

We use the access controls and encrypted connections provided by our hosting platform to protect the limited data we store. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid submitting sensitive information through this tool.

We may update this policy as the tool evolves. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
